November 2016 Emma & Chloe Review + 50% off coupon
Emma & Chloe has been a premier provider of unique jewelry in France since 2013. They also run a US subscription box that gives US residents the chance to get their hands on designer French jewelry at a low monthly cost. For $35 per month, subscribers will get a piece of French designer jewelry valued from $50 to $200.
After purchasing an Emma & Chloe box in August, I was offered the chance to continue receiving boxes to review. You can read my previous reviews here:
On to the November box!
Like in previous months, the Emma & Chloe box comes in a protective envelope to ensure no damage comes to the box itself. I further appreciate this feature because it means I don’t have to rip off the address label for privacy reasons; I can just pull the box out of the envelope and it’s already free from labels.
Every Emma & Chloe box comes with a small magazine called La Gazette that includes neat articles featuring the designer of the month and other interesting tidbits.
Here’s a peek at the Table of Contents for the November La Gazette so you can get an idea of what type of articles it offered.
Emma & Chloe also regularly includes postcards in their boxes with photos that depict the jewelry item for the month. Thus, this picture spoils the piece of the month: a necklace!
Every jewelry item comes in a protective, branded bag, and this month’s is no different.
And voila - the big reveal! The November 2016 Emma & Chloe jewelry item was an “Alma” choker from the brand Vous Mademoiselle. Based on their subscription preferences, subscribers received either a silver tone or gold tone necklace. I received the silver tone.
Each jewelry item also comes with a certificate of authenticity that verifies the heritage of the product and provides care instructions.
Here is a close-up of the choker. It’s absolutely beautiful! Necklaces are the jewelry item I wear the most, so I’m happy to have received one in the Emma & Chloe box.
This necklace also has a unique chain to further stand out. I’ve never seen a chain quite like this one and it further adds to my enthusiasm for the piece. The photo also shows a small charm that indicates the necklace’s brand as Vous Mademoiselle.
Here is a picture of the necklace being worn so you can get an idea of how it looks. If you want to see more, you can also watch the unboxing video in which I wear the necklace after opening the box.
The November 2016 Emma & Chloe box was another great month of Emma & Chloe. Because I’m a necklace enthusiast, I’d consider this my favorite box yet! The “Alma” necklace sells for about $82 USD (depending on exchange rates), so the box also delivered great value for its $35 cost.
